Taren Allen, LCSW-S, is a Dallas native with over 10 years of experience serving individuals and families across Dallas and Tarrant Counties. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Houston and a Master of Social Work from Texas A&M University–Commerce. Taren is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a background in clinical counseling, medical social work, and school-based services. She also serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the School of Social Work at the University of Texas at Arlington and is a founding member of the North Texas Association of Black Social Workers.
