Amy earned her Bachelor in Psychology from The University of Houston Downtown and is a graduate student intern earning hours towards her Master of Education in Counseling and Development from Lamar University for LPC and LMFT licensure candidacy. Amy has experience working and volunteering in the non-profit sector, hospice, and various community and social services organizations. She is passionate about advocacy, mental health and wellness, educating the community on enhancing the quality of life, and volunteering within the community. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and spending time with her family.
